Current availability from 1 September 2027 right through 2028, refreshed every few minutes. Full weddings run Monday to Saturday, with Sundays available on long weekends. Unavailable dates are already taken or fall outside our operating days. Choose an available date to drop it into the enquiry form below.

Is your date already booked? Our sister venue Rosewood Estate in the Gold Coast hinterland may have it.

By submitting, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information and who we share it with. We do not sell your personal information.

What happens next

  1. After you enquire, you’ll receive our wedding information, pricing and a link to book a private venue tour by email.
  2. After your tour, you can submit a request for your preferred wedding date.
  3. If we can offer a provisional hold, we confirm it in writing along with the date it ends — seven days. A hold is not a booking.
  4. Before you reserve, we give you the Council-approved Operational Management Plan that applies to the estate. You don’t sign it separately; your agreement records the version you received.
  5. Your wedding is confirmed once the agreement is signed and the $1,100 booking fee is received. That fee is credited towards your venue fee; the $1,100 refundable security bond is separate and is due closer to the day.
