We're BYO caterer and BYO alcohol, with no corkage — so the two biggest line items on your day are entirely in your hands. Neither tool is a quote from us, just a working start.

This is a planning tool, not a quote. Venue hire is our published price; catering and beverage figures are your own editable estimates, not a quote from us. Actual costs come from the suppliers you choose — see our preferred suppliers.
Not included above, since they're arranged directly with your own supplier and priced individually: your On-Day Coordinator (required for every wedding), coach transfer (required over 50 guests), and the $1,100 refundable security bond, returned within 14 days after the event. The bond is separate from the $1,100 booking fee, which is credited towards your venue fee.
Lay out the Marquee
Enter your numbers and see a to-scale plan of the Marquee — where the tables sit, how much dance floor is left, and where the band and bar go. The Marquee is a fixed 10m × 30m, 300sqm, comfortably seating up to 150 — unlike some venues, it doesn't extend or change size above a threshold; this is the room, whatever your guest count.
This is a guide, not a fixed floor plan — every layout here is a starting point. You're welcome to arrange the Marquee however suits your day, and our on-site venue liaison will work through the final floor plan with you.
