One venue fee. Every price on this page is the total price for that item. Published because we would rather you knew than had to ask.
All prices on this page are GST-inclusive.
Full Venue Hire
Exclusive use of the wedding venue area. Up to 150 guests. The same inclusions every day of the week — only the day changes the price.

Micro Weddings

A ceremony and a toast. Up to 20 guests, three hours, Monday to Wednesday, finishing by 6:00pm.
The Intimate Wedding

Up to 40 guests over five hours, Monday to Wednesday.
What is not charged
- No per-head venue fee. The venue price is flat, whatever your guest count up to 150.
- No corkage. Bring your own alcohol.
- No catering commission. Bring the caterer you want.
- No cake-cutting fee, no ceremony fee, no bump-in fee, no cleaning fee. All included.
Other costs to budget for
Bar service, catering, your coordinator and coach transfer are engaged by you directly, so they are not venue charges and we do not mark them up. Two venue items to know about:
- Refundable security bond — $1,100. Returned within 14 days after the event, subject to venue inspection. It is separate from the $1,100 booking fee, which is credited towards your venue fee.
- Public holiday surcharge — $1,100. Applies to available public holidays only.
A coach is also required for weddings over 50 guests, and an On-Day Coordinator is required for every wedding — both engaged and paid by you directly, not venue charges. See the FAQ for detail.
