What you bring

Alcohol. Bring your own — the wine, the beer, the spirits, the whole bar. There is no corkage. Bar service is arranged separately: you can engage a bar service that supplies its own RSA-accredited staff, or hire RSA-accredited staff directly. We publish operators we work with regularly on the Preferred Suppliers page. On a 150-guest wedding, BYO typically saves five figures against a venue beverage package, and it is the single largest cost difference between La Boscosa and a coastal venue.

Catering. Your choice of caterer from our preferred list, or your own with our approval, and we take no commission either way. The Marquee is built around third-party catering: a dedicated preparation space for caterers and chefs, a cold room, service points and food-safe surfaces, all sized for a 150-guest service. Most caterers tell us it is more room than they are used to.

Coordination. An On-Day Coordinator, engaged by you, is required for every wedding at La Boscosa. We publish a preferred coordinator list, or you may nominate your own for our approval. This is a Council-linked requirement, and it is what makes the day run cleanly.

Coach transfer. A minimum of one coach is required for every wedding over 50 guests. This is a condition of our Council approval, not a venue add-on. We publish a preferred operator list with indicative pricing on the Preferred Suppliers page.

Accommodation. La Boscosa does not offer on-site accommodation. We work with a curated set of houses, boutique hotels and resorts across Cooroy, Pomona, Tewantin, Boreen Point, Noosaville and Noosa Heads, with distances and rates on the Where to Stay page.
